How Kristen learned the time-saving systems she uses today
Kristen co-founded and grew a service-based business to a million in revenue. However, in doing so, she burned herself out which is why it became her mission to optimize her business. Automation has allowed her to work fewer hours while still making the income she wanted. Now Kristen helps solopreneurs leverage automation to run their own profitable companies without burning themselves out or having to hire a team.

Create a lead generation system
Before building the right systems it is important to know what a system is. A system is a process that is supported by automation and tools and occasional manual work. There are three types of systems that solopreneurs can use to automate their business processes.
A lead generation system will help you with your marketing and bring in the right client base so that you can take them through your sales funnel. Kristen likes to use a higher touchpoint. She creates a video lead magnet in the form of an hour-long webinar. At the end of the webinar, she includes the call to action. At this point, she then tracks who takes the call to action and then uses a series of automated emails to follow up. The idea with the lead generation system is to kick the potential client up to the next system
Convert leads to sales
Once the lead graduates from the lead generation system by taking action they will be bumped into the sales system. Automating your sales system will enable you to convert your leads into sales. They will be prompted with a calendar to schedule a call with you. Then, you’ll present them with an intake form to ask initial questions to ensure a good fit. Active Campaign is a helpful sales pipeline that can help you automate this system.
The fulfilment system
Lastly, you’ll have the fulfillment system that will automate and help deliver the order and set up your client to receive their purchase.
