Larry is voluntarily unemployable

Larry Kaul is a born solopreneur. Early on he started as a solopreneur in a successful family business. After creating a life he wanted from his hard work he decided to transition away from his business to try other things. He quickly realized that he didn’t like working for others and discovered that he was voluntarily unemployable.

Once again he struck out on his own, but not before he discovered shadow work on a retreat. This retreat led him to work through inner exploration progressions that challenged his belief systems. This inner work caused him to reexamine societal norms and even his own thought processes.

The 5 keys to success as a solopreneur

This inner work led him to understand the five keys to success.

  1. Mission – to be successful you have to understand the reason you do the work.
  2. Vision – have a clear end result. What is the purpose that motivates you in your day-to-day work?
  3. Focus – Learn how to focus your time, attention, and money toward your vision.
  4. Surrender – eliminate your personal preferences.
  5. Detachment from results – we often look to external results for measures of success, but these can be found internally. This comes from the three Cs. By focusing on the activity the results will come.

The 3 Cs to achieving more revenues in your business

As part of the detachment from results, you can expect clarity, confidence, and certainty. Clarity is what I always preach: when your vision is clear your decisions are easy. Leap don’t run toward your next goal.

Your confidence comes from that clarity. Your confidence stems from that inner knowing that you are doing the right thing. Trust that you are doing what you should be doing.

Certainty comes from faith in knowing things are working. This certainty attracts more success and business.
