How Noelle got to where she is today
Noelle Peterson grew up in a religious family and spent years as a missionary. During this period of time, she gained a degree in education and experience as an organizer and leader. She has always been the ‘go-to’ person for advice and guidance.
After a health scare that required a six-month recovery process, she knew it was time to move past her role in local government. However, when she looked online for guidance to help her create a new dream, she became frustrated with what she found. She needed to work through the concepts, thought process, and mindset that it would take to design a new path for her life and there was nothing out there that could really help her.
The Dream Life Planner
That’s when she realized that she could create her own activities and questions to guide herself through the process. That’s how the Dream Life Planner was born.
The Dream Life Planner contains 52 pages and 20 exercises that can help you begin to reassess your thinking. It has you dig in and discover your core values which allows you to begin dream-building. Your core values are essential to designing your future since your values will drive where you are going.
The process of visioneering will help you begin to build your life now to build the future that you want. When your vision is clear your decisions are easy.
Change your limiting beliefs to change your life
You could define a limiting belief as something instilled in your subconscious core. Oftentimes limiting beliefs stem from childhood. We usually don’t choose to acknowledge that our limiting beliefs affect who we are, but we can control what goes through our minds. It is possible to change our thought patterns and in doing so change our mindset. By reprogramming the malware we can reprogram our minds and redefine who we are.
To replace the malware we must first become aware of our unconscious thoughts. Only by becoming aware of your thinking can you actually change it. Focus on statements that are true or that you want to be true. When you tell your brain what you want it to hear then you can begin the reprogramming and change into the person you are meant to be.
